Planned maintenance contracts

A coordinated maintenance programme for your assets, sites and compliance responsibilities.

Bring your electrical, heating, plumbing and ventilation maintenance into one coordinated programme. We agree the scope, visit schedule, reporting and reactive arrangements around the buildings you manage.

What your maintenance plan can include

  • An initial review of sites, plant and existing service records
  • A schedule covering agreed equipment and inspection requirements
  • Coordinated visits and access arrangements across the relevant trades
  • Service records, applicable certificates and a clear defect list
  • Remedial quotations and agreed response arrangements for faults

From enquiry to an agreed plan

  1. Share your estate: locations, site count and the systems you want covered.
  2. Review the scope: we clarify the asset information, current arrangements and any survey needed.
  3. Agree the proposal: service scope, exclusions, visit frequency, pricing and reporting are set out before work begins.
  4. Plan the start: confirm contacts, access and the first scheduled visits.

Already have an asset list?

Mention it in your enquiry. We will arrange how to receive the records securely. If your records are incomplete, tell us what you have and we can discuss a site review.

Common questions

Can you cover more than one site?

Yes. Share the locations and required trades so we can confirm a practical delivery plan across our service regions.

Are repairs included?

The proposal states what is included. Remedial work, replacement parts and out-of-hours attendance are agreed explicitly.

What response time do you offer?

Response arrangements depend on the site, system and contract. We confirm them before accepting the agreement.
